A bridle controls where a horse goes and how fast. Take it off, and the horse moves the way it was built to move. We built Unbridled to work the same way for the people who work here, not just the people we see.

We're a small, growing practice based in Mooresville, and we're looking for clinicians who want real support without someone standing over their caseload. We're not always hiring for a specific role, but we're always glad to hear from clinicians who think they'd be a good fit. Current Opening: Virtual Therapist (100% Remote, W2)

We're hiring a fully virtual therapist to see clients anywhere in North Carolina by telehealth, with the same support and structure as our in-office clinicians. This is a W2 position, and it can be part-time or full-time (we ask for at least 4 client hours a week).

How you're paid

Your pay is a share of what you bring in, not a flat rate someone picked for you. Clinicians earn 70% to 75% of session revenue depending on caseload and experience, which works out to an estimated $70 to $85 per session hour. We call the model our Shared Reserve, and as part of it we cover your malpractice insurance, your SimplePractice EHR, and your Psychology Today profile, plus other perks.

What we don't offer yet

We're a young practice, so we don't offer health insurance or a 401k yet. We'd rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise later (and we'd love to add both as we grow).

What it's like here

Flexibility here means what it says. Consultation and collaboration are there when you want them, not required check-ins you have to sit through. We're planning regular team events, and you're welcome whenever they actually add something for you. This is a cooperative practice, and we built it that way on purpose.
